Document Authentication Process for High School Certificates (Grades 9 to 12)

  • Ask your school to send your report cards from grades 9 to 12 and final diploma to the Egyptian Cultural Office. These should be submitted as PDF professional scanned copies via email.
  • Note: The original documents can be sent either by the student in a sealed envelope or directly by the school.
  • Email Address: bcac@egypt-edu-can.net
  • Purchase a Money Order payable to the Egyptian Cultural Office. You can obtain this from Post Canada Offices or your bank.
  • Ensure that your name on the Money Order matches your transcript.
  • Total Amount: $160 (For both documents)
  • Draft a cover letter that includes:
  • Your full name, email address, and phone number.
  • A list of the documents you are submitting for authentication.
  • Obtain a prepaid envelope containing all documents from steps 1 to 3 to send to the Egyptian Cultural Office.
  • Include an additional return prepaid envelope from the Egyptian Cultural Office’s address to your personal address.

If further authentication from the Egyptian Consulate is necessary after the Cultural Office’s process, include the following items:

  1. A prepaid envelope from the Egyptian Cultural Office to the Consulate’s address.
  2. Another prepaid envelope from the Consulate’s address to your
  3. An additional Money Order for the Consulate’s fees (contact the Consulate directly to confirm the fee amount).

Document Authentication Process for Report Cards Up to Grade 9

  • Ask your school to send your letter and the report cards up to grade 9 to the Egyptian Cultural Office via email as PDF professional scanned copies.
  • Note: The original letter and the report cards can be sent either by the student or directly by the school in a sealed envelope.
  • Email Address: bcac@egypt-edu-can.net
  • Purchase a Money Order payable to the Egyptian Cultural Office. You can obtain this from Post Canada Offices or your bank.
  • Ensure that your name on the Money Order matches the name on your transcript.
  • Write a cover letter that includes:
