Equivalency of Scientific Degrees - Via Email
- Contact your university to send your transcript directly to the Egyptian Cultural Office via email.
- Important: The transcript must be sent by the university, not by the student.

Money Order
- Acquire a Money Order made payable to the Egyptian Cultural Office. This can be obtained from Post Canada Offices or your bank.
- Ensure your name on the Money Order matches the name on your transcript.
- Total Amount: $160 (for both documents)
Cover Letter
- Write a cover letter that includes:
- Your full name, email address, and phone number.
- A list of the documents you need to authenticate.
- Obtain a prepaid envelope for sending all documents from steps 1 to 3 to the Egyptian Cultural Office.
- Include an additional return prepaid envelope from the Egyptian Cultural Office’s address to your personal address.
- If additional authentication from the Egyptian Consulate is necessary following the Cultural Office’s process, include the following items:
- A prepaid envelope from the Egyptian Cultural Office to the Consulate’s address.
- Another prepaid envelope from the Consulate’s address to your
- An additional Money Order covering the Consulate’s fees (contact the Consulate to confirm the fee amount).

Send by post the following two documents:
- The original diploma
- Official sealed transcript
