The Team of Egyptian Cultural & Educational Bureau in Montreal have visited Carleton University in Ottawa, and met with Prof. Dr. Rafik Gobran, Vice President for Research and International Relations, to congratulate him for his selection as a member of the Advisory Council of Egyptian Scientists and Experts, as well as to discuss ways of joint cooperation between Egyptian universities and Carleton University.
