Within the framework of periodic communication with the Egyptian Scholar in Canada, the Cultural & Educational Bureau in Montreal has organized an open meeting with Professor / Helmi Attia, Professor at the National Research Council (NRC) in Canadian as well as McGill University with the early carrier Egyptian Scholars in Canada to transfer practical and scientific experiences to new generations and urge them to work continuously and seriously in obtaining knowledge from Canadian universities and commitment to the ethics of scientific research, as well as participating effectively and dedicatedly in Egyptian research and educational institutions upon return home. The meeting was also attended by many Egyptian professors working in Canadian universities and Egyptian research institutions.
فى إطار التواصل الدورى مع السادة المبعوثين بكندا نظم المكتب الثقافي بمونتريال لقاءاً مفتوحاً مع العالم الجليل الدكتور / حلمي عطية الأستاذ بمجلس البحوث الكندي (NRC) وجامعة ماكجيل والسادة المبعوثين للتحاور ونقل الخبرات العملية والعلمية للأجيال الجديدة و حثهم علي العمل المستمر والجد في تحصيل العلم من الجامعات الكندية والإلتزام بأخلاقيات البحث العلمي وكذلك المشاركة بفاعلية وتفاني بالمؤسسات البحثية والتعليمية المصرية عند العودة للوطن. كما شارك في اللقاء العديد من الأساتذة المصريين العامليين بالجامعات الكندية والمؤسسات البحثية المصرية
