As part of the efforts of the Egyptian Cultural and Educational Bureau in Canada to strengthen academic cooperation between Egyptian and Canadian universities, the Bureau organized a virtual meeting between Prof. Mohamed Abdel Azim, President of Mansoura National University, and Prof. Hossam Hassanein, Director of the School of Computing at Queen’s University, with the participation of Prof. Ahmed Gaber, Cultural Attaché and Director of the Egyptian Educational Mission in Canada. The meeting explored opportunities for academic collaboration between the two universities, particularly in computer science and related fields, including the potential development of joint academic programs, as well as research collaboration and the exchange of academic expertise. Both sides agreed to continue discussions and coordination to identify concrete areas of mutual interest and explore the next steps toward establishing academic cooperation between the two institutions.
في إطار جهود المكتب الثقافي والتعليمي المصري بكندا لدعم وتعزيز التعاون بين الجامعات المصرية والكندية، نظم المكتب لقاءً افتراضيًا جمع بين الأستاذ الدكتور/ محمد عبد العظيم، رئيس جامعة المنصورة الأهلية، والبروفيسور/ حسام حسانين، مدير كلية الحوسبة بجامعة كوينز الكندية، بمشاركة الأستاذ الدكتور/ أحمد جابر، المستشار الثقافي ومدير البعثة التعليمية بكندا. تناول اللقاء بحث فرص التعاون الأكاديمي بين الجامعتين، خاصة في مجالات علوم الحاسب والتخصصات ذات الصلة، وإمكانية تطوير برامج أكاديمية مشتركة، إلى جانب تبادل الخبرات وتعزيز التعاون العلمي والبحثي. واتفق الجانبان على مواصلة التنسيق خلال الفترة المقبلة لبحث الخطوات التنفيذية وتحديد مجالات التعاون ذات الاهتمام المشترك
