Signing an agreement with the government of Quebec to reduce tuition fees for Egyptian students for the purpose of studying in universities within the province of Quebec

In 1997, the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education signed an agreement with the Government of Quebec to reduce tuition fees for Egyptian students for the purpose of studying in universities within the province of Quebec and this agreement allows 20 study seats (divided into 10 for bachelor’s studies, 5 master’s and 5 doctorate) specifically for Egyptian students. Students who receive this scholarship are treated as Canadian students in terms of tuition fees, which contributes to reducing tuition fees by 80% to 90%. [link]

توقيع إتفاقية مع حكومة  كيبيك لتخفيض الرسوم الدراسية للطلاب المصريين و ذلك بغرض الدراسة فى الجامعات داخل المقاطعة

في عام 1997 قامت ,وزارة التعليم العالي المصرية بتوقيع إتفاقية مع حكومة كيبيك لتخفيض الرسوم الدراسية للطلاب المصريين و ذلك بغرض الدراسة فى الجامعات داخل المقاطعه و تتيح هذه الإتفاقية عدد 20 مقعد دراسى ( مقسمين الى 10 لدراسة البكالوريوس و 5 ماجستير و 5 دكتوراة) للطلاب المصريين تحديدا. حيث يتم معاملة الطلاب الحاصلين على هذه المنحة معاملة الطلاب المحليين من ناحية المصروفات الدراسية مما يسهم بخفض  المصروفات بنسبة تتراوح من 80% إلى 90%ـ [رابط]
