توقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين جامعة بورسعيد وجامعة كارلتون

As part of the efforts of the Egyptian Cultural and Educational Bureau in Montreal, Canada, and in full coordination between Egyptian universities and their Canadian counterparts, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Port Said University and Carleton University with the aim of enhancing academic cooperation and the exchange of study programs and educational expertise. The Memorandum was signed at Port Said University in the Arab Republic of Egypt, where the Egyptian side was represented by Professor Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, while Carleton University was represented by Professor Rafik Gibran, Vice President for International Relations and Research. This Memorandum comes within the context of supporting international academic relations, contributing to the development of the educational process, the exchange of faculty members and students, and the opening of new avenues for research collaboration, in line with the strategy of the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research aimed at internationalizing higher education and enhancing its competitiveness regionally and internationally.

في إطار جهود مكتب مصر للعلاقات الثقافية والتعليمية بمونتريال – كندا، وبالتنسيق الكامل بين الجامعات المصرية ونظيراتها الكندية، تم توقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين جامعة بورسعيد وجامعة كارلتون، بهدف تعزيز التعاون الأكاديمي وتبادل البرامج الدراسية والخبرات التعليمية. وجرى توقيع المذكرة في رحاب جامعة بورسعيد بجمهورية مصر العربية، حيث مثّل الجانب المصري الدكتور شريف صالح، رئيس جامعة بورسعيد، فيما مثّل جامعة كارلتون الدكتور رفيق جبران، نائب رئيس الجامعة للعلاقات الدولية والبحوث. وتأتي هذه المذكرة في سياق دعم العلاقات الأكاديمية الدولية، بما يسهم في تطوير العملية التعليمية، وتبادل أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب، وفتح آفاق جديدة للتعاون البحثي، وذلك في إطار استراتيجية وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي المصرية الهادفة إلى تدويل التعليم العالي وتعزيز تنافسيته إقليميًا ودوليًا
