During a three-hour meeting, Dr. Ahmed Gaber, Cultural Attaché and Director, met with representatives from both Cairo University and Concordia University to explore avenues of mutual cooperation. The discussions focused on the establishment of joint academic programs, student exchange at various educational levels, and opportunities for academic and professional training.
The meeting was attended by the Heads of the Departments of Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, and Biomedical Engineering, as well as the Directors of the Offices of International Relations at both universities. Each side presented the academic programs they currently offer, in addition to key research areas of ongoing focus. The meeting was considered highly productive, as both parties reached a preliminary agreement on several academic programs of mutual interest, paving the way for institutional cooperation between the two universities in the near future.
في اجتماع استغرق ثلاث ساعات، عقد الدكتور/ أحمد جابر، الملحق الثقافي ومدير البعثة التعليمية في كندا، اجتماعاً مع ممثلي كل من جامعة القاهرة وجامعة كونكورديا، لبحث سبل التعاون المشترك بين الجانبين. وقد تناول الاجتماع إمكانية إنشاء برامج أكاديمية مشتركة، وتبادل الطلاب في مختلف المراحل الدراسية، إلى جانب فرص التدريب الأكاديمي والمهني
وقد شارك في الاجتماع رؤساء أقسام الهندسة الميكانيكية، وهندسة الطيران، والهندسة الطبية الحيوية، بالإضافة إلى مديري مكاتب العلاقات الدولية في الجامعتين. واستعرض كل طرف البرامج الدراسية المتاحة لديه، فضلاً عن المجالات البحثية التي تحظى حالياً بالاهتمام والتركيز. وقد أُعتبر هذا الاجتماع من الاجتماعات المثمرة، حيث توصل الجانبان إلى توافق مبدئي حول عدد من البرامج الأكاديمية ذات الاهتمام المشترك، تمهيداً لتفعيل التعاون المؤسسي بين الجامعتين في المستقبل القريب
