Professor Dr. Ahmed Gaber, Cultural Counselor and Director of the Egyptian Educational Mission in Canada, participated in the inauguration of the Egyptian Tent at the Oriental Festival held at the Old Port of Montreal. The event was graced by the presence of H.E. Ambassador Nabil Mekky, Consul General of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Dr. Gaber extended his sincere thanks and appreciation to Mrs. Alia El Shafie and Mr. Hossam Mokbel, Presidents of the Society for Integration and Immigrant Services (SPDI), for their excellent preparation, outstanding organization, and remarkable contribution to showcasing the Egyptian Tent as part of the festival’s annual celebrations.
شارك السيد الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد جابر، المستشار الثقافي ومدير البعثة التعليمية بكندا، في افتتاح الخيمة المصرية ضمن فعاليات مهرجان الأورينتال المقام بالميناء القديم في مدينة مونتريال، وذلك بحضور وتشريف سعادة السفير نبيل مكي، القنصل العام لجمهورية مصر العربية. وأعرب الدكتور أحمد جابر عن شكره وتقديره للسيدة علياء الشافعي والسيد حسام مقبل، رئيسَي جمعية الاندماج وخدمة المهاجرين في كندا (SPDI)، على جهودهم المتميزة في الإعداد والتنظيم، وما قدموه من مشاركة فعّالة ساهمت في إبراز الخيمة المصرية بصورة مشرفة ضمن هذا المهرجان السنوي
