Dr. Ahmed Gaber, the Egyptian Cultural and Educational Counselor, participated in the 2026 Annual Arab Festival at McGill University, following a kind invitation from the Egyptian Students Association at the university. As part of efforts to promote Egypt’s culture and tourism in Canada, the Egyptian pavilion showcased replicas of a number of Pharaonic statues, reflecting the depth of Egypt’s civilization and its history spanning thousands of years. Medals featuring Pharaonic inscriptions and designs were also distributed to students participating in the festival, in a step aimed at enhancing awareness of Egyptian culture and strengthening cultural ties between peoples.
شارك الدكتور / أحمد جابر، المستشار الثقافي والتعليمي المصري، في المهرجان السنوي لاتحادات الطلاب العرب بجامعة McGill University لعام 2026، وذلك بدعوة كريمة من اتحاد الطلبة المصريين بالجامعة. وفي إطار جهود الترويج الثقافي والسياحي لمصر في كندا، عرض الجناح المصري مستنسخات لعدد من التماثيل الفرعونية، التي تعكس عراقة الحضارة المصرية وتاريخها الممتد عبر آلاف السنين.كما تم توزيع ميداليات تحمل نقوشًا ورسومات فرعونية على الطلاب المشاركين في المهرجان، في خطوة تهدف إلى تعزيز الوعي بالثقافة المصرية وترسيخ جسور التواصل الثقافي بين الشعوب
