Prof. Dr. Ahmed Gaber, Cultural Counselor and Director of the Egyptian Educational Mission in Canada, participated in the launch ceremony of the Union of Arab-Canadian Cultural Associations in Montreal, in the presence of H.E. Razan Youssef Mohammed Saleh, Consul General of the Republic of Iraq in Montreal, along with representatives of several Arab cultural associations and institutions. In his remarks, Dr. Gaber congratulated the founders and members of the Union on its launch and affirmed the full support of the Egyptian Cultural and Educational Bureau in Canada for the Union’s activities and events. Drawing on his experience in cultural affairs, he also shared several recommendations on organizing cultural events, strengthening their impact, and fostering cooperation between Arab and Canadian institutions. Dr. Gaber concluded by expressing his hope for close cooperation with the Union in the near future, including joint cultural initiatives and events aimed at promoting Arab culture and strengthening its presence in Canada.
شارك الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد جابر، المستشار الثقافي ومدير البعثة التعليمية المصرية بكندا، في حفل إطلاق اتحاد الجمعيات الثقافية العربية الكندية بمدينة مونتريال، بحضور سعادة السيدة رزان يوسف محمد صالح، القنصل العام لجمهورية العراق في مونتريال، وممثلي عدد من الجمعيات والمؤسسات الثقافية العربية. وخلال كلمته، هنأ الدكتور أحمد جابر مؤسسي الاتحاد وأعضاءه بمناسبة إطلاقه، مؤكدًا دعم المكتب الثقافي والتعليمي المصري بكندا لأنشطة وفعاليات الاتحاد. كما شارك عددًا من الرؤى والمقترحات، من واقع خبرته في العمل الثقافي، حول تنظيم الفعاليات وتعزيز أثرها والتعاون بين المؤسسات العربية والكندية. وفي ختام كلمته، أعرب عن تطلعه إلى تعاون مثمر مع الاتحاد خلال الفترة المقبلة وتنظيم فعاليات ومبادرات ثقافية مشتركة تسهم في تعزيز حضور الثقافة العربية في كندا
